Molly Dansby
About Me!
Hi, I’m Molly Dansby, a Sport Administration and Nutrition Major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2027.
I’ve gained hands-on experience in event operations and guest services, working in tandem as a middle school rowing coach for Boone High School and with USRowing on their guest services and Regatta Operations team this past summer, earning the title of Guest Services Lead Intern. I am also a student-athlete at UNC, on the Women’s rowing team, having honed my discipline and initiative skills to be a two-time ACC All-Academic Team and ACC Honor Roll recipient.
I specialize in multitasking and thrive in fast-paced environments. I’ve successfully organized the largest youth regatta in the United States, managing over 4,000 athletes, 231 clubs, and 886 entries. Adapting to Florida's weather, spectators’ needs and wants, and, most importantly, athlete safety and enjoyment were among the key responsibilities I was tasked with in this role.
I’m passionate about bringing that same drive to the field of performance nutrition, helping strengthen athlete performance and overall wellness while supporting championship-level operations
I am dedicated to the hard work that makes the fan experience one to remember!
