Student Athlete and Performance Nutrition Intern at UNC Chapel Hill

Liaison between over 4,000 coaches and rowers, and over 5,000 spectators, and our USRowing staff. Ensured the integrity of our event and made sure everyone was getting the most out of their experience at Youth Nationals.

Not only do I compete at the Division 1 level for WOmen’s Rowing and UNC, but i also Oversee athlete fueling operations for all 28 Olympic Sports programs during and between training sessions to optimize performance and recovery. Combining my strong communication and multitasking skills to integrate into the fast-paced environment in the training room.

I coached the Boone High School summer youth rowing camp, where I managed schedules, training plans, and fostered a fun, competitive, and productive environment for learning how to row.

UNC Student-Athlete Delegate

Representing the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Athletics as the exclusive student-athlete delegate attending Women Leaders in Sports Conference on October 12th-14th, 2025. Participant in ACC programming for student athlete ambassadors, as well as conference sessions and leadership development initiatives.
